I am trying to print a dual extrusion model from thingiverse and S3D is filling in the top and bottom where there is no geometry, How do i prevent this.

Hi Robert, weird. Does this happen if you configure for one extruder only? Have you modified the process settings in any way/tried using the default profiles?
I’ve had a quick play with one of the models and S3D and can’t replicate the problem, but the fact that it appears in the preview mode suggests it’s settings in S3D rather than a problem with the printer/model (though I guess you know that).
I just came across this - scroll all the way to the bottom and look for the section Nits and Bugs. There is one called slicing bug that may pertain.

also try rotating the part on the z-axis a bit. Sometimes that fixes it
