Hi, I am looking to buy a zortrax m200 but i am curious on the print time/cost of the parts i am looking to print. I tried to use the calculator in the z suite demo but i guess its only for the full version only. can someone plug my STL file into their z-suite and let me know what the run time is/ what the price calculator says (using zABS). Thanks!!!

Hello,

Is the Calculation Button Disabled in the Demo?

The Zortrax Z-Suite gives you all information about the print except the costs when you prepare the print.

After you prepare the print there is a Calculator Button you click, you enter the cost of the spool of filament and whether you want to calculate by filament length or weight. You press Calculate and you will get your costs factor.

I have attached two photos, one of the information after preparing the print and one after calculation.

If you have any questions about Zortrax Printers please feel free to contact me.

I am an Official Zortrax Reseller and would certainly try to answer your questions.

Hi

My Zortrax M200 layer thickness 0.09mm solid infill support at 30%

estimated time 11hrs 58mins filament usage 23.57m 56g

Hi, In medium infill, support, bridge, 5top/5bottom layer you will use 271g of zabs with support for this print. And 35g without support, in zabs

To get the price choose your reseller and do the math. zABS is not at the same price everywhere.

By the way, in z-suite I recommand to change the horizontal orientation to vertical orientation of one of your piece. You will save cost and support. Or try a print without support.

I am very happy with my Zortrax m200. Best printer I have owned so far. I have not looked at the price per print, but the speed it good enough for my but the quality is excellent.

Right now Zortrax has a great deal. Check out their home page. Buy a 2k worth of filament and get a free printer.

I can also provide you with a code to get a 100 off the price plus you will get free side panels.

Let me know

jeremy

Thanks for your response! I did see the bundle deal, that is what really got my attention. I had been considering the printer before, but once I saw that deal I decided it was time to make moves. If you could provide me with a coupon code that would be most appreciated! I guess I didn’t realize it didn’t come with side panels ha, those will come in handy

Also, do you have any recommendations for extra parts that I should pick up alongside the printer? extra nozzles and what not
