TEVO BLACK WIDOW DON´T STARTUP HELP!!!!!

hi, i already bought a tevo black widow and i have a problem with the start up. the screen turn on but there is a flat line in the middle, only that. please i don´t know what i doing wrong. is just a horizontal line in the middle, there is no picture. i did check the cables a few times, i think that are ok, my printer comes with BLtouch but i didn´t connect it. i.m not sure if can be that. heeeelp!!! PLEASE!!!

Have you tried joining the Facebook group and asking there? I would also recommend reading the community guide in the files section there which covers many FAQ’s and problems that are encountered with the Tevo Black Widow.

It is likely to be interference in the cables for the lcd also check that they are seated properly and away from any mains power

Maybe try switching the lcd cables, (maybe you have it - to - and + to + it should be the other way around i think check)

I think the troubles are probably associated with the adjoining cables. Either swipe the cable heads or get a new cable to view the results.
