We have been working on a project called theConstruct which will allow you to upload your 3D models in a cool virtual reality platform which we plan on posting here and offering for free.
We are a startup and a bunch of guys who are simply looking for a bit of PR to get us going. If you would kindly press “like” on the Construct in the following link,

Here is the screen from our PoC
It’s actually quite simple what we do 
You just have to copy any cad model into a folder with our application , start the application and then you can see it in Virtual Reality
Of course you need something like Oculus Rift
Lets say that those are the basic features but we plan to do much more !!!
Does it sound like a tool that you would like to use ??

Thats one of the sample models of a Radial Engine from SIEMENS PLM
