My suggestion would be too use an SLA printer like the Form 1 or 1+ to test and if youre not getting the detail you want then engrave the letters using a laser cutter.

Yup. SLA is the way to go. Or DLP, which amounts to the same thing.

I have an SLA Form1+ and would be glad to print that. I can assure you the quality will be very detailed even at that small size of model. Currently have black, white, and gray resin.
Located in NY. Guessing the print will cost around $12.

You can laser engrave plastic. It works nicely with 3D prints as long as you don’t burn them.
try and print it with the text in the z orientation
