Hi guys. Is it a good idea to mix the powder immediately after sieving it? or should it be stored for a while to eliminate the charges built during the sieving?

Yes, store in an aluminium bin for 24 hours to eliminate static, then mix & build.

Thanks Martin. What is special about aluminium? should it be grounded too? does the powder get charged by mixing? should it be stored again for another 24 hours before building?
Yes - all powders will generate static
