slicing for large multi part prints

Hi guys! I have a 6x6x20inch .obj file in mesh mixer and i want to slice it into small enough parts so i can print them and glue them together into one whole. I have no idea how to do this and I’ve tried to figure it out while watching youtube vids… still a bit unclear and it would be super helpful if someone could lend a hand.
