Can someone tell me what setting i should use in Cura to print a model on a Big Builder
with Colorfabb XT, I can’t get the filament to stick on the bed.
I have a heated bed, tried it with temp up to 255, and with Blue Eurocell tape, and with
kapton tape with or without spray.Different speeds and flow.
Nothing seems to be working

For most 3D printers using a heated glass plate 70/80C will work, make sure the glass plate is free of any grease or dust. If needed you could also add some 3DLac.
Blue painters tape we generally do not use with XT.
Can you share a picture where it fails?
PVA Glue, on glass build plate works just fine for me!

I don’t have a picture, because it won’t stick to the bed from the first sec of the printjob.
I will give it a try on the glass plate directly with 3Dlac.
What are the settings that i should use.
Speed, Layer height, fan on or off, etc.

Bed on 70-80 degrees and 3dlac on glass, make sure the bed stays on untill the print ends, because it comes right off when the bed cools.
Print head at 250C, and slow the speed down a bit for good layer adhesion, worked just fine for me.

If it doesn’t work from the first second, I would expect that the extrusion is not optimal, or the platform is simply to far away from the print head. Can you check if the machine is extruding enough material? Can you see the perimeter lines and infill lines melting into each other?

I removed the kapton tape, realigned the bed,and started the print directly on the glass plate with 3Dlac.
And everything is working fine now.

Heated build plate
XT is best printed with a heated build plate. The ultimaker 2 uses a glass plate which we cover with glue stick. We keep the build plate at around 70C because this material also features a higher glass temperature of about 75C. This means your prints will be able to withstand heat better then for instance PLA prints.
