Ah! In a lower comment you mention the problem even when you’re just loading/unloading filament with the printer. You’re not even using a slicer(the software that converts the 3d file to readable code by the printer.) In your case then it’s the motor being wired the wrong way. Just swap the polarity of rhe stepper motor wires and you’re all set!

HI MP

Will do that now and get back to you soon.

Thanks once again

Hendrick

Ok, here’s what you should do to invert load/unload directions of your extruder.
1.Launch replicatorG, connect to your machine via usb

2.Go to Machine/onboard preferences, click on it

3.Place/move out a tick from field related to your stepper you want be invertred
4.Precc commit changes buttons
I made sort of picture guide for you. Tell me if it helps, it did for me.

Good luck!

Hi Guys

Thanks for all your input and I’ve learned a lot from this in a few days, keep it up. Now I’ve got all the filaments working, my next problem is the printing quality, any suggestions on the settings I can use when printing on the ABS filament and when printing on the PVA Filaments? Much appreciated.
