Do anyone know if there are good alternatives to the standard Vellemann K8400 Nozzle that can be bought on Ebay. I was thinking that I should buy a few different sizes, eg. 0.2 -> 0.6 mm to test and have as spares.
I went with an E3D v6

I couldn’t find replacements when I borked mine. I bought a e3D v6 and made a mount for it. Just make sure that you run new wires from the cooling fan to the power supply for the fan. The terminals near the hot end apply pwm and even at max setting don’t cool it enough.
I have tested a E3D V6 hotend, but I was not happy because you need a good holder. I tried two different, but they were not stabile enough.
Another bigger Problem is the heating cartridge. The standard Velleman cartridge has 10W the E3D has 25W. I have used the E3D and the connection terminal melts, so I had to replace it. Another point is if you are using the dual extruder. With the E3D it’s not that easy to adjust the two nozzels correctly. The quality was also not better, so i decided to go back to the original.
