What kind of problems? There are many Prusa owners and enthusiasts that could probably help you just over the forum.

Agree @jeri! Can you detail the type of difficulties you’re facing with your Prusa @vikasvarma29? If you can add some photos, it’s even more helpful. Let us know.
Hi @Georgehill …I assembled my prusa but I am getting problem with my extruder it’s not giving the extrusion at speed required and if I increase the speed also the effect is same… I have replaced the j- head with new one but the problem persists and there is a problem with bed levelling also I will upload pics & videos soon and I am using abs for printing with bed temperature 90 and extruder at 240

If your extruder does not extrude fast enough ie. your solid infill has holes you need to calibrate extruder. It could be your extruder steps or wrong filament thickness(you need to be very precise here putting just 1.75 or 3mm is not enough) or slicer settings.
If this is your case try http://reprap.org/wiki/Triffid\_Hunter’s\_Calibration\_Guide it will solve most if not all of your startup problems.
the three problem in the whole 3d printing area is cloggs, extruder problems and leveling.
