I was removing the filament from the right extruder when the filament stopped going out and the motor started skipping passes an the filament borkes up. I really don’t know what to do! I need that extruder as soon as I can but I don’t know how to recover the extruder

You are going to have to clean the drive gear. It’s likely that you either have a jam/clog (can you push filament through by hand when you bypass the gear?), or the gear is covered in stripped filament. In my case, my right extruder came with a piece of left over filament stuck in the PEEK tube. Using a magnifying glass, I could see it was shaped (due to splitting and melting and what not) like a barb and I removed it with needle nose pliers while the hot end was heated. Magically it all worked fine afterwards.

I would recomend feeding some filiment out before removing just to make sure the end is upto temp and there is no blockage
+1 to cleaning the drive gear. I kept having that issue with the CTC stock extruders, so I upgraded to one with a spring loading mechanism, which puts pressure on the gear & filament to feed it through. If the problem STILL occurs then you may want to unscrew the heating block, and then the nozzle. You should be able to see light pass through the 0.4mm hole in the tip of the nozzle, if you cant then there is a clog and you should soak the nozzle in a jar of acetone overnight. It should dissolve any bits of crusted filament in the nozzle.
Break the filament and insted of get him out make him go in to the nozzle. When he is all out from the nozzle, carefully push down with a unfolded clip and make the rest of the filament go down. This happens because when we left the machine cool down, the filament some times cools with a larger part after the motor and then it wont go up.
