I’m having problems printing large models (which relate to the edges of the x-axis), closer to the edge of the x-axis extruder mechanism starts pounding and plastic ceases to be supplied to the nozzle print without Teflon tubes, often the case is solved by the fact that there is too great an angle plastic tilt if it is to align the hand - tapping stopped. But are there any other solutions to this problem (Teflon tube already ordered, on the way) Big thanks for comments to all! It’s works!

I think this solution does not solve the problem with unsticking permanently. Yes, a short pipe creates resistance. But plastic is melted. Why did he need so much force to come out of the nozzle? Looking at the picture, I see that it is simply not where to go, there is no gap between the bed and the nozzle. In the first print layer it need a gap to plastic is not left on the edges of paths and touched the adjacent strip. This will means that the gap is ideal.

Looks like there is too much extrusion or the nozzle is too close to the bed. That is why you see the ‘waves’ of filament and it could also be the reason why you hear the stepper motor make a clicking noise. Could you see if it helps if you increase the Z distance between the nozzle and the print bed?

looks like your printbed is bad leveled. do you have the right distance to your printbed in every corner? And i think you print with to hot print temperature. With what temperature do you print your pla?
Without knowing your settings, it appears as though your print bed is not level and your nozzle is coming in contact with the build plate. Try leveling it again. Also, if it’s an option, I recommend raising the height of your first layer. For example, I like to print at around 200 microns for most prints. However, I raise my first layer to 300 microns.

Looking at this my money is on an uneven bed. Try doing a paper test at the min and max x values (lower the nozzle on x min until a piece of paper can just barely fit under it, then go to xmax without adjusting your z. See how well the paper fits under it. It should be the exact same fit). I don’t have this printer but looking at it, that cantilevered bed looks troublesome.
I had a problem like this on my printer about 3 months ago. Basically my bed got so warped and uneven from repeated use that my autoleveling couldn’t adjust for it. Looked exactly like what you have pictured.
To me this does not look like a problem with extrusion so much as possibly you are printing way to close to the bed for your first layer. I see the drag marks of your nozzel as well the plastic looks very thin. If this is the problem than your extruder’s stepper motor driver would eventually overheat and stop feeding as there is to much pressure in the system with the nozzle being to close to the bed.

it looks like the nozzle is to close to the bed, when the nozzle is to close it can block any plastic from coming out.
try and level the bed with the extruder on the spot where it faild, the bed might not be completly flat but very slightly bowl shaped depening on your suport points.

I try to calibrate my bed, but bed is a curve on middle point.
Definitely contact the printer manufacturer. Hopefully it’s still under warranty. You may be able to get a replacement build plate.
In the meantime, what slicer are you using? You might be able to compensate, if the bedplate isn’t too warped.
If it’s just out of warranty and you bought it with a cc most will double the warranty too.
