Hello there!
I’m currently testinga new 3D printer at work using a flexible fillament.
There are some warping issues that occure after the fist couple of layers.
any tips on how to prevent this is welcome

Hello Gabriela,
Here’s what i’m working with:
The printer: Builder-Dual-feed extruder
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
fillament: MP Flex65 1.75mm
Bed gap: 0.2mm
Cura settings are in the pictures
This material is pretty hard on glass. You can try a lower temperature, i used a little below 200 decrees (this can be different on other printers) with the cooler switch of for bigger objects and the cooler on for the smaller ones.

Hi @MarcRas , are you using a heatbed? And or any adhesion material, like kapton tape?
This should do the trick in most cases.
Also try lowering your first layer a bit, if I am correct your bed is at 0.2 and your first layer is 0.3.
You could lower these values to 0.1 and 0.2/0.15. This should squash your first layer into the bed a little and there fore stick better.

At the moment i am using a Kapton tape bottom
no, we’re not using a heat bed (it’s something we might get in the future).
The gap between my bed and nozzle is at 0,2mm
and my first layer height is at 0,2mm
Try lowering it as I suggested above…
Seriously consider a heated though, this is quiet essential for a lot of filaments.
Although you can print some filaments without heated bed, it will make your life so much easier if you do use a heatbed
You need to squeeze the first layer more. You can lower the gap (nozzle height) to 0.1 and/or adjust the first layer to 0.3. A raft can also help but it’s a paint to get of. Be sure that the tape is really clean and you don’t have to much draft in the machine.

After doing some tweaking and applying the suggestions i managed to get a decent print.
My suggestion for MP flex is High temperture. low speed, nozzlegap of 0,15mm.
With these settings you get good results
Looks good. Did you print it on glass? What temperature?

I printed on a glass bed with kapton tape.
The temperture was 245 ºC
