I am new to this. I have CTC dual extruder machine and I have all details of Version 7.4 (Hex file, Avrdude.exe and usbasp programmer, Makerbot Serial.hex and 8U2 also)…

Please tell me procedure how can I put HEX file to mighty board rev g AT1280… Pls reply

Connect you printer Via USB.

Start ReplicatorG

Go to File => Preferences => Advanced. Enter “http://jettyfirmware.yolasite.com/resources/release/firmware.xml” in Firmware URL => Close.

Go to Machine => Machine Type (Driver) => Replicator Dual

Go to Machine => Upload new Firmware => Makerbot Replicator 1 Single & Dual => Select Sailfish 7.7

Select Serial Port

Follow the instructions.

Some times you have to try a couple of times to get the reset timing right

Thanks for replying. The fact is I wanted to upload firmware through hex file. I have USBasp programmer and all supporting files (stk hex, makerbot serial hex and firmware hex, 8u2 hex).

Please tell me how can I upload it on the board.
