PLA PLus keeps jamming

Hey guys have a robo3d r1 which has been phenomenal so far.

Got some pla Plus filament and it keeps failing after some time int he print cycle. Basically the filament seems to get stuck and gets a notch in it i can fore it through and it seems ok but of course the print is ruined by the time i see the issue, roll isn’t jammed or anything… has happened several times now any thoughts?

What settings are you using? Alos, double check that your extruder arm is clamping tight enough on the filament.

A lot more info really is useful like temps, speed? My guess could be printing to fast for the temp. Slow way down and see if it still does it.

Your filament is getting jammed, then your extruder knob is grinding away at the filament, because it cannot push the filament further.

If this is the only filament where you are having issues, it is settings for this filament that is the problem. (likely not hot enough, or printing too fast)
