Hey there!

Here, what is asked from you is to insert your payout info. You can do that by going on your dashboard and then selecting “Payment info”

Sorry, I misinterpreted the issue Yes, you have to automatically accept the payments from other currencies : Here’s how you should be able to do it : Profile > My selling preferences > Block payments > change the first setting “Block payments in a currency I do not hold” to “No, accept them and convert them”

Thanks for your response, this was exaclty what I was looking for.

As per your instruction, I logged in paypal & I see following option (find attached screenshot for the same)

Allow payments sent to me in a currency I do not hold:
.Yes, accept and convert them to US Dollars. Additional charges apply.
.No, refuse the payments
.Ask me to decide whether to accept or refuse each individual payment

I am based in India so there will be currency conversion which is ok.
The default selected option is 3rd i.e “Ask me to decide…”

How do I ensure the payments from 3DHubs are automatically accepted?

(probably by selecting 1st option “Yes, accept and convert…” ?)

Exactly, you should simply select the first option: It converts the money you receive immediately and accepts it automatically

Hello,

I cannot find a way to change your settings to automatically accept payments from payments@3dhubs.com, in my PayPal settings.

I go to PayPal Settings > Payments > Manage pre-approved payments > Pre-approved payment plans and I get this page (attached screen-shot image).

I think that PayPal has made changes. What should I do?
