Hi all. I have never done 3D printing before, and I am not sure if this is a job for a 3D printer. I ordered a vintage sewing box for my wife, and the corner was damaged. I starting thinking that we could get a patch printed and glue it on the box. Is this even possible, and if so, how do I go about starting that?

Hi Andrew

I think it coul’d be done by scanning or measuring the shape of the crack, you can make the cornerdamage greater so you have a regular shape. Any overall dimensions will be welcome.

But where do you live?

Regards

Dirk

you can create the missing part, but unfortunately those who will carry out the work will need to have in my hands the object broke because you can take measurements.

us in the store have already recreated many parts of articles or as in this case to repair the objects broken.
