I would often plan a day going to several businesses on main streets of my local towns. I would do a little research and come in with 3 items:
Something Functional, like a tool or toy that displayed the strength that can be achieved.
Something Beautiful, can be anything aesthetically pleasing but intricate sells the idea.
Something Custom to THEM, it’s not hard use Sketchup or some other free program to put the name of a business on an object whether you found the file or designed it yourself. Custom is King.
Educating those around you about what you do is important because you can’t service the market until you create it.
