So here is the situation. I have a raise3d N2 plus printer right now. This printer is good and has a decent print quality, but here is a problem. This printer sometimes will shift layer on parts, and here is no clue why this shift happen. After shift couple print the printer run like normal again until next shift happen which is around 2 or 3 weeks. I check everything I can check and filed couple tickets to their customer support team and here is no solution to this problem.
So, right now, I am looking for buying a new printer which is FFF and has building volume around 12x12x24(the height can be smaller), and the most important thing is that I want to buy a printer which is really reliable and has least chance to shift layer on parts.
Please give me any advice you guys have. If you have some idea about how to fix the shift problem, it will be even more helpful
All I can say is stay away from anything by Airwolf3d!! We had 2 of their printers and always struggled to get decent prints. You think Raise3d customer service is bad, theirs was 100 times worse! If you don’t use their crappy Apex slicing software, they won’t help you at all anymore! We sold our Airwolf printers and are now looking for something similar to you. The resale on their printers is crap too!!
The dimensions are similar so look at the Flashforge Guider II or a new one coming out soon is the QIDI X-Max.
Shifting of layers is generally a common trouble faced by many 3D printers. And the good news is, it is very easy to get rid of such troubles.
You can check all the bolts of your 3D printer and ensure them to be tight. Plus, check the rods and belts etc. and ensure that they are clean. Oil them if necessary.

I have had layer shifting on my old Lulzbot AO-100 due to the stepper drivers getting hot. I added a fan to cool the steppers and never had an issue again. If everything is tight like @steve3dprinters said, maybe look into this before you give up on your machines.
