I have made the 20 mm cube, and the bottom is 20mm, other dimensions are not. Besides mading this cube, I have made a cuboid also having the same problems. Can you suggest what’s wrong with my print ?
temperature: 205 heatbed : 60 autobed enabled with a proximity sensor
if your first picture is looking straight on at the print, your top “20.8” looks to be cause by a blob on the right side causing it to be .8 larger. the problem causing the difference between the left and right side could be caused by the “z” axis threaded rods being off, by this i mean the z axis is higher on one side. Not sure what kind of printer you have, but these are issues i have had, and what was causing them.

I’d have to agree with kissfan4,
Can you print the attached XYTest.stl file and upload a photo? I use these on prusas to determine if one axis is having issues or if there is Z wobble. Make you sure you label which point or face is facing the front of the print bed.
XYTest.stl (2.43 KB)
Thanks, I would try to fix it when I go home. Another problem I have is that, the bottom is always narrower. Is it the same issue?
i would suggest checking the tension on your “x” axis belt
