Do you have a model of the part or would you need one created? If you have a model, please post it, you will get many more responses.
I can do that out of nylon but it would be fairly pricy. There’s a couple things that make that part complicated. 1st: it needs to be cad designed up before it can be printed and that takes a bit of time and labor. 2nd in the maker world, nylon is fairly difficult to work with especially large parts. Can you send me a message with what your intended budget is? I’m located in Lehi and might be able to work something out for you.
Hello Braden, I print in Nylon, or stronger material (Kevlar, Carbon Fiber, or Fiberglass). Without the Cad file I won’t be able to get you an exact price, but generally my prices are much lower for a similar strength part, especially for Composite materials. I am located in North Salt Lake, and I can usually get your part to you in the same day. If you are interested, please feel free to call John 801-979-9229. I can help point you in the right direction for your Cad file as well.

There are several methods we could use to make your part (milling, molding, and 3D printing). There are also several other materials worth looking at. How many parts do you need? Also, what kind of environment will your part be subjected to? Would be happy to talk to you about the options available.
how soon do you need them? are they going to be used as a prototype or as an actual part? have u considered using PLA or ABS? can you provide stl files for an accurate quote?
That would certainly be possible. Because this is a public forum I have to avoid talking specific numbers, but the estimate might be a little higher than you might expect. Print costs are measured by volume, and this thing is big, pushing the envelop of my printer for sure. That will limit the orientation of the layer lines which might effect the strength of the object, but nylon tends to have excellent layer bonding in any circumstances.
I’m local. Contact me for exact numbers and we can arrange to meet get the part so I can model it. 801-615-1970
I can also create the cad file from your existing part using solidworks… Where as most people on 3D hubs need the file before they print anything.

I do not have an STL file. Is that something you would be able to provide?
I would need a model created. Is that something you would be able to help me with?
I have a 3d scanner we can use, or I can reverse engineer the part and give you a 3d model and a stl file, depends on you
Yes, I can reverse engineer the model and create a solid part file with it accompanying stl.
oops I apologize for replying on some one else’s comment, I thought I was being asked
No problem at all. You’ve got lots of options to choose from. Design has it’s own cost, though. I will PM you with a quote.
I can give you a rough estimate of cost of printing and making a model for it. call or text me to 801-358-8216
