My Flsun prusa i3 autoleveling extruder won't turn

The extruder output port on my MKS Gen L V1.0 won’t power up the stepper motor. Everything else works fine, but the extruder motor just won’t turn.

Are all other stepper motors working properly? Double check that the pins are connected properly.
