Sorry to hear you are having the issue too. I just had some filament stuck in the extruder. I just removed the fan on the front (it was actually very easy to do) and was able to pull the remnant out with a pair of tweezers. I hope this is helpful!
I’m having the same issue on my mini delta. But though I’ve removed the fan, pulled out the tube, pre-heated, run a wire through, and then put it all back together and advanced the filament, I’m still not getting reliable prints like I did at first. The extruder seems to clog up every few inches of filament now, after running through a half-dozen fairly complex models very cleanly to start with.
