Does anyone knows why my 3D printer is extruding upwards? I’m currently using PLA 3mm as the material for printing. Usually when printing the material doesn’t drops to the bed and starts going upwards and glueing to the extruder messing up the impression. Anyone knows why this is happening? We’re using Extruder Temp: 185 C, Bed Temp 105 C

Check the nozzle height. Do a bed level process and slip a piece of copier / white paper in between the nozzle and the bed. There should be “some” pressure on the paper when you try to slide the paper. This is a good starting point, you can make adjustments to get the filament to stick better as you print. Also make sure the bed is level

If your filament is curling up as it comes out of the nozzle, you may have a partial blockage. For example a small piece of dirt in one side of the nozzle still lets the filament extrude, but it will curl.
Try doing a cold pull to clean out the nozzle. How this is done may depend on the printer you are using.
And bed temp of 105 C is pretty high for PLA. Most PLA resins would use 50 C to 70 C.

I agree with RCole. Filament curling up as it leaves the nozzle is typically a sign that there is something
partially blocking the nozzle. This can often be fixed by taking a toothbrush to the nozzle (when cold)
and removing any stray bits of filament that might be clinging to it. If that doesn’t do the trick, then
maybe try using a tiny drill bit to clean it out. If that doesn’t work, then it’s time to remove the nozzle
and really work on it (or replace it).

Have you tested higher temperature, such as 200-205 C for extrude. The melt temp for pla is about 175-178 C, Maybe the material is not fully melt.

Another good suggestion. When applying the Atomic Pull Maneuver (sounds like a Star Trek plot device,) I took it up to 215 for the first half, way higher than I usually run.
Bed temp is way to high. 65 max.
