I decided to activate my hub I had been printing in 0.2 mm for awhile with no issues and had made 0.1 prints without problems before on my wanhao duplicator i3. Went to print marvin at 0.1 mm and ended up with some serious stringing. Does this mean that my nozzle is clog?

The print bed seems level. Any ideas on how to fix it appreciated it.

Will try to see if i can add a cooler mod i saw some in thingiverse that looked interesting.

This could very well be it. There have been a lot of users reporting that curling PLA is a bigger issue with smaller layer heights than larger layer heights, presumably because there’s less mass to curl upwards on overhangs. Adding a layer fan would likely help.

Another possibility is just that your extruder doesn’t have the resolution for 0.1mm layers, but judging by the smooth upper surface as well as the fact that any extruder that’s worth anything nowadays can manage 0.1mm layers, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I tilted my fan like jetguy recommends on his website and it helped a lot. So i think i just need to get a new Fan setup to get it consistently better.

I have been through 3 or 4 different ones now, and this is the best one I have used so far:

You can get the 50mm blower for a couple bucks on Amazon or eBay.

Printing can be tricky if you don’t have excellent bed adhesion. My first print fell over about 75% of the way through, but adding supports to the areas overhanging the build plate did the trick. In my experience, the green 3M automotive masking tape provides the best adhesion, and the purple glue stick is almost as good. I generally use the glue stick now except for really challenging prints.

Also, definitely do the PID tuning and set your heater algorithm to PID. It works flawlessly with this cooler once it’s tuned.
