Hi, I am now for 3 months using with my Felix 3.0.
He does indeed work fine, I am very pleased with the device.
There is one thing I would like to, Marvin on 5 star quality printing.
That is tricky. The sharp overhanging edges and of the ring on top are not really tight printing.
The following testing done:
printing very slowly, so that the cooling is sufficient.
Fast printing, then two prints simultaneously for cool down.
With the “Flow Tweak” experimented.
Temperature of extruder and bed varied.
Order “perimeter” outer first or last.
Number of “Loops” that I use is 2.
Does anyone have a tip?

Hi, instead of printing just fast or just slowly , Try adjusting speed according to shape. I have felix 2.0 and when it comes printing convex or vice versa i slow it down when done increase speed

First of all make sure you have the latest firmware.
One thing I did and I think improved Marvin’s quality is add active “external” cooling!
I used a 120mm Noiseblocker E-loop computer fan while printing to cool Marvin.
The guidelines for printing Marvin also suggest to turn the bed off completely.
I think the trick for Marvin is good cooling, because it is a small print! Any heat source will make the plastic softer and mess things up. Even the print head passing over for the next layer and of course the heated bed can make the PLA softer and then deform, curl up etc the already printed material. For small prints you want the material to solidify as much as possible and as quick as possible and stay that way.

What I have generally found to work the best is: slooowwww speed and travel speed. maximum of 40mm/s for each. Not sure if fan really needs to be on with such speeds. Make sure plate is level, and if you have a good surface I doubt you even need the HBP turned on
