It would definitely help if you uploaded a photo, therefore I may be able to help. I would advise that you don’t try to print it because from what it sounds it seems like there could be something wrong with it. If you are having problems with the file just upload an STL and I can test to see if it work with my printer. That way if all else fails I could print it for you and we could work something out. I’m quite flexible.
Is the blue image the after photo with the supports not quite reaching the correct area. If this is the case then I would recommend orients ring it different and trying it again. This is quite bizarre. It’s probably a glitch in the software. I’ve had similar problems, but by changing the orientation, scaling or even changing the print setting it seems to be OK afterwards. If it still doesn’t work just link an STL and I’ll see if my software does the same
I hope you know that you can do better “Screenshots” using the “Snipping Tool” provided with Windows >= 7, or print key + paint?!
However. It seems like you have set the the “Upper Vertical Separation Layers” to > 10 or so. But we know more if you post your settings or factory file.
The settings seem file. I may just be a fault with the software on this particular piece. May I just recommend adding a new comment or click on reply rather than edit your previous post. This way it is easier to tell if you have something new to say.
