hi

i have a creatr Hs 3d printer but it dont extrude correctly sometimes i change hot ends but dont resolve this problem why?

Hey Navid,

my first few guesses would be cleaning your hotends, increasing temperature, checking your extruder steps per mm are correct and trying different material. I don’t have experience with Leapfrog’s, so maybe actual owners have some more detailed advice.

I have a Leapfrog and i agree with Jonas.

Most of the time you see this with ABS.

Do you have sinplify as slicer?

Tryals to play wth outline overlap if you have Simplfy,

This looks like underextrusion and like having a partially clogged nozzle. There are several solutions to removing cloggs around the internet so just check google and YouTube.

Take a look at the youtube channel of “Thomas Sanladerer” he has some videos in which he explains how to set up the printer, extrusion multiplier and more.

Hi navidshalchi, I have a Creatr HS and I agree with the already said facts. Please try to clean the nozzle. A hot fix could be to use the 2. nozzle, if you own the creatr with double extruder. In fact those gaps in the print can also result in a extrusion failure. Thus please check if the extruders continuosly pushes the filament forward. Otherwise adjusts those preasure. An other option could be a incorrect value for retraction. This value is could change with each filament and needs adjustment. P.S.: I invested over 80 hours of adjustment into my Leapfrog Creatr HS (2 extruders) until the print result was satisfactory. Therefore keep on trying Regards, Mr_Fox

Looks like a mix of under/over extrusion issues and/or possibly the filament is getting stuck on the spool.
