That’s why we expect new Hubs to communicate as if they were handling a real order, and most Hubs do. Otherwise we have no way of rating communication on the order.

Hello Robin, i am glad you liked my test print.
I know you said i should treat this test like a normal customer order but i thought these messages
are from a “robot”? I didnt know that you can read these emails at all.
But if it was part of the test, i’m sorry and i hope you can give me another chance to get 5 stars?
Normally i am very talkative and want to “satisfy” (?) my customers…
I think i will not have a good success on this website, if my first rating isn’t so good… i mean 4,5 stars are great but if i were a customer i would always take the one with the best reviews.
So i would give my best to change your opinion about me.

You should review you communication with your initial hubs as well I think.
Seems like I’m not the only one who didn’t now that not talking to a robot means getting a “bad” rating.
