Hi. I could not test other files yet because one file is shifted from right to left side and even makerbot software could not transfer another file. Thank you for your reply and i will check again.

For the Replicator 2, if you use Makerware Desktop, you can open the file, pick Print or Export Print File then in the drop down box, pick Print Preview and Show Travel Moves, you will see the part layer by layer and see if the model is correct. If in the print preview, it shows the print head do the X shift, then it is the model. You can also try using the Makerware Desktop to drive the Replicator 2 directly to see if it prints the same.

I just downloaded you model and used the latest Makerware Desktop software and reviewed you part. It shows up correctly so it “will print” I say this but your part has many over hangs that will require support or there will be many areas that will be air printed…

My next suggestion is that you do an Export Print file onto the SD card for the Replicator 2 to see if there is nothing going on between your computer and the printer. Do the print from the Replicator disconnected, pick print from SD card.
