My Printer (Da Vinci 2.0A) wont load PLA Filament. I bought original PLA from Xyz-Printing.
I switched the chip in the catridge but he didnt load.
Do I have to install something?
Please help o.o

Gray or blue sides? If gray you’ll need the updated extruder to run pla. If your machine is under a year old you can get it free from xyz.

Yes you should be able to run pla. Do you have 2 cartridges of pla installed?

You can use just one but as you said the other slot needs to be empty. The machine expects 2 of the same or only 1 in the primary location (right hand slot).

Ok, tried this yesterday, it didtn worked either.
Just switch the roll inside the roll inside the cartridge and the chip?
does the plotter changes the temperatures itself?

Yes, you should have to instill a driver.
