The bottom surface looks underextruded. This could be several things - check your filament diameter is right and that your bed is level and not too low (not too big a gap - you really want the first layer nicely squished into the platform). it does look a bit gappy though - this could be a problem with the filament feed? did you hear any clicking from the extruder feed whilst printing? what nozzle temperature are you using? Is this PLA or ABS? I’m betting it’s PLA.
The side view, where the layers are not nice and clean, looks like inadequate cooling. You really will benefit from adding one of the cooling fan mods. In the meantime you might find a desk fan pointed at the printer from about a metre away will help.Turn it on after layer 3 is down.
Are you sure all the screws are tight that hold the Z axis rods?
