I use creator pros but it sounds like you just need to take apart your extruder and remove the filament
Just follow the following video to open up your extruder and easily remove the blockage. FlashForge Finder/Guider Blockage Removal - YouTube

I have a dreamer and this has happened to me once before. As the other person on this thread suggested, you really need to disassemble the extruder to take the plastic out. If you try to pull it out, you may cause it to snap more, which won’t help. In addition, if it is stuck, you can’t just pull it out. Be careful while disassembling it, and make sure to follow any instructions in the manual (I don’t think flashforge tells you how though). I’ve included a link to a youtube video for the extruder on a flashforge dreamer, which may be similar enough to help a bit. Once you disassemble it, you should be able to pick out the filament. Good luck!

Here is also a good video how to take the extruder apart:
Try loading a new filament on top of the stuck one. Keep the new one straight as posseble. Exstruding it out.
Future tip. I only load filament on ffpro. I cut filament as close to extruder as possible. Then I hit load filament. You losses a little but it never gets stuck. I have a hardened pin that is about 1/16 in dia. I use to push filament that gets stuck. This does not always work and minimal pressure should be applied to prevent damage. The extruder may need to be taken apart in your case.
You will probably need to take the extruder apart and remove the clog. You can also purchase some wire that is the diameter of your extruder head and feed it through to remove a clog.
Try load more filament to push the snapped through.
Here is a short video demonstrating how to unclog the extruder on the FlashForge Finder 3D printer. Hope that can help you.
