Hey everyone!
Whenever I am printing multiple parts on my FFCP using my left nozzle, my right nozzle always scrapes the parts. While it hasn’t messed up any prints so far, its inevitable.
SO my question is, does anyone else have/have had this problem and found a solution? I primarily print using the left nozzle and only use the right for support.
I am using simplify for my slicing software. Is there any setting a can tweak to help reduce the number of occurrences of the right nozzle scraping the parts?
Your nozzles are out of alignment vertically. Print out his model and use it to ensure your nozzles are aligned correctly:

You could use Retraction Vertical Lift (same as Z Hop in other slicers), found on the Extruder tab, to lower the bed during travel moves. This will stop it hitting parts during travel moves. Also ensure they are both perfectly level as maybe the right nozzle is ever so slightly lower than the left.
The simple thing to do is just take it off when not in use. Everybody always wants to make it so complicated.

But that doesn’t fix the problem when he wants to use for support generation 
This is quite common so what you can do is to shim the “low” side of the gantry.
I used a small piece of regular paper to shim. You can also use layers of aluminium foil to get the desired result.

Hi @AppliedAdditive it just sounds like your nozzles are not aligned, as @MaceyTech3D says. It’s easy enough to fix, and the right thing to do. A quick Google should find you any number of online videos and guides.
Tipical problem of printing with 2 nozzles. Platform must be fully aligned to both nozzles. Phisically impossible, but you can try improving by adjuting the level of the plate.

Hi,
Did you try to re-calibrate the hotbed? sometimes this is the solution…This worked for me in this case
