Ok, so the picture is showing the filament stuck in the Hotend, not the heatbed. The heatbed is what the model is printed on.

As Steve said, you can try heating it up to 210 and try pulling it out if you hadn’t already removed the heatend. So in this situation based on the picture, I would remove the heatbreak from the red body your holding and remove the tip from the heater block. This will give you much better access to the stuck filament. Once you have most of it removed, then reassemble per manufacturers instructions. You will still have some filament left in the tip, don’t worry about that since it should melt and push out when you put new filament in.
