I got a problem with a Wanhao dublicator i3 printer.
When i extrude the filament it sticks to the nozzle and make a lot of loops, see video.
It doesnt come down in a straight line, like it’s supposed to.
Does any1 knows what the problem can be?

You are correct to say that it shouldn’t loop, but I’m not sure certain why it happens. I believe it is a clog in the nozzle which causes the filament to be extruded at an angle. If you are unsure of how to unclog the nozzle then look through the talk, there are always comments on solutions to this. You should probably try that, but if it doesn’t work then you’ll have to find another answer unfortunately. I hope you can get your printer fully functional soon.

I have tried that… But how high you Think i should raise the temp? Im printning with PLA

For PLA you should try temperatures between 180-200 degrees Celsius
Every time i have new PLA i extrude a string with diff temperatures and see what happens. you can increase up to 210

I have to agree. Seems like a clog. The beginnings. Over time you would start to get very brittle print that would crush with little pressure. Other signs will be clicking as the extruder tries to feed filament but it has nowhere to go. Unclog or just change nozzles and you should be gtg.
I’d say you have a small blockage in the nozzle, this will effect how the material flows (causing it to curl). To clear this, heat the nozzle to 215, extrude a small amount of filament, reduce the temperature to around 120 and quickly remove the filament by pressing down the black press button and giving the filament a quick pull. Maybe repeat this process a couple of times until the blockage is clear.

You have to Clean extruder using cleaning filament. On youtube there are videos for removing fan allowing easier access to feeding threads, clean them also. Don’t use a drill bit on extruder, bad idea. Set your extruder at temp of filament that you are using when cleaning with extruder cleaning filament. If you don’t have cleaning filament, clean extruder outside and extract at higher heat for 20-40 mm. Check threads and clean as needed…
In my experience, this is usually a result of a slight clog in the nozzle. A few atomic pulls should fix it. Or you can use a 0.4mm drill bit or a small e string for a guitar to poke out the clog.

4. MAINTAIN THE MATERIAL FEED RATE TO 25MM
Try to level your bed a bit better. remember the filament needs to come out flat and not circular when contacting the bed. also try using some adhesive to stick the filament onto the bed. I use hairspray but there is a lot of stuff that others use.
