I’m wondering whether anyone else encountered this problem: I had the printer for over a year and never had problems but this morning when I turned it on, the screen came on upside down.
If I hold a mirror under it and look at the reflection, the screen looks normal but to operate it I have to guess from the mirror image where to press for the right command.

never heard of this problem. I would probably try reinstalling the firmware or reset to factory settings.

I tried the reset to factory settings but it had no effect. I still have not figured out how to reinstall the firmware. When I tried from the PC via USB connection, it complained about not being able to upload the file. Otherwise the machine works but it is a pain having to use a mirror to figure out where to press the screen, as the touch pad function of the screen is not mirror imaged, only the display.

Hi Beamtech, hm that sounds like a funny problem. I would do exactly like you. Connect via USB and try updateing the firmware out of flashprint. Don´t know what to advice in this case just to maybe contact ff support. Maybe somebody else can help? Greetings!

Thanks Frank, but I’m having trouble updating the firmware. When I click on the update button, it comes up with the question whether I want to disconnect the printer, which does not make any sense. If I answer NO, then the message disappears but nothing else happens and if I answer yes then it tries to do it but it comes back with a useless message saying that something went wrong.
