Feature Request: Lead time from Payment

Hi,

Quite often we’ll be able to print something quicker than our default lead time, however when we change the lead time on order acceptance, this is done in fixed days from acceptance. Because the customer can wait as long as they want before they pay, we can end up being late. It would be nice to be able to set the lead time as x number of days following receipt of payment.
