I just bought wanhao duplicator i3 and i’m trying to slice my models using cura, but for some reason printer head ignores set temp and just shows 23/0, but heated bed set temp works fine. Maybe someone can post their cura settings?

Which version of Cura you are using?
Are you using the sd card that came with the printer?
I get that issue as well, I think it may be the way cura writes to the card. Format the SD card, re-slice and try preheating the printer before printing.

Can you preheat the extruder from the LCD? A corrupt file would do it, but the attached gcode doesn’t show any issues.

My printer does the same until the bed temp heats up, then the extruder temp kicks in, this may be a protocol for the i3.
