hey guys. looking for some help with changing the nozzle on my ctc 3d printer. any help is appreciated. cheers

I don’t know what problem you have with changing nozzle because you didn’t specify it, so It is difficult for a good solution. I can only assume that you were having hard time to unscrew the nozzle and found it is so tight. Here is what I usually do. I unscrew the whole extruder out from the rail to avoid any possible force that may affect the precision of the rail. Than preheat the nozzle and unscrew it will be much easier when it is heated up.

I had no problems to unscrew the nozzle (4 times so far clean it and change the PTFE tube)
