cool thank you bud what else have you got
Hi Russell. Please see attached. The ctc bar with hot-end has been used. So has the other hot-end. I can dismantle and sort for you if you need them.
All other parts are new. There are several new:
a4982 bot-steps
hot end blocks
threaded filament tubes
brass extruder ends
hot-end insulation
mechanical endstops
20t gear for x or y axis
I’ve also got a couple of 24v extruder fans and spare parts for the extruder carriage.
i have most of these as spares or leftovers from upgrading the extruder carriage and ends with the Carl raffle upgrades.
thanks. Myles
how much for this stuff bud
Hi Russell. Parts are for sale. I need to work out a price for you. I’m away at a trade show tomorrow, but hopefully will get a price to you tomorrow evening if that’s ok. I think the most expensive parts are the botsteps, everything else is quite cheap. Best regards Myles
I’m not to worried about the electronics buddy its the other bits I need at the moment
thanks bud
Micro Swiss Online Store 4 I’m replacing my nozzle and throat with this mk10 upgrade so you don’t need a ptfe tube anymore and can print upto 300°c
I ended up buying spare nozzles on ebay, for the MK9 as I have a CTC 3D:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201311328257?\_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
The nozzle that came in isn’t even the same size as the ones that came with the printer: not as wide and the filament hole is too thin as well.
Did another buy for these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321796094101?\_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
From the pictures, these seem like the same model, but I’ll let you know once they arrive.
Also, decided to get some PTFE tube http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111513375750?\_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=410506092329&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Once I have everything I’ll let you know how these compare to the original installed parts.
Hi, that is working on a CTC-3D printer?
Yes they should work on a ctc machine as they work on the replicator 1 and they fit the flashforge mk9 machines and it means you can use mk10 nozzles which are better don’t know how but bigger number = better
Hi russell. Sorry. Been away for a few days. Do you still need the parts? If so, please email me on myles.barker80@gmail.com. best regards. Myles
