Hello everyone i would really appreciate a bit of help. My CTC printer has a terrible habbit of missing layers so when i pull prints off the bed it quite often breaks in in the middle. Any ideas? I print with PLA and i think it isn’t because of under extrusion.
Also notice the print size size in raft. Really confused. Thanks
If its missing an entire layer it usually indicates the Z axis is skipping steps, its likely to happen if you have retraction and z hop enabled. You can try to increase current to the Z motors or reduce the Z speed and acceleration.

Yes, look in the retraction setting of your slicing software, its how much it lifts the head when it has to move from point a to point b.
