Hi, i’m newbie to 3d printing i admit but work as an IT tecnician.
I received this printer 2 days ago, yesterday i printed fine, this morning i launched a new print from my sd card and it stopped at 80% the motors just stopped and LCD screen went blinking.
I waited a few minutes then switched off my printer, now when i turn it on the lcd either blinks ora stays off and i hear a buzz. Any suggestion or should i get an immediate refund and change brand?

First of all you should check all connection screws of your power supply and mainboard. They must be tight since the vibrations can cause connection issues
Ok thank you very much, i checked the external screws and that all cables were fit in, i’m gonna check the mainboard right now.
Update1.
everything is tight up and all the cables are connected, I do notice now lcd i always on but blinking here are some pics of the mobo. I really do not understand what happened seems like it won’t load the firmware!
Update 2.
Just to be sure i checked all the wires again, sometimes now a green light(x axis motor?)blinks and the panel is still blinking. no startup sound no nothing…i emailed the ebay reseller i bought it from and hope to get an answer asap in the meanwhile if some1 knows anything about this issue it would be really appreciated!
Update 3.
I turned it on and flipped it genlty upside down, i have all the 3.3,24,5 V lred leds on and blinking and the overheat led is on!
How to solve this?
Update. i got in touch with the reseller and i explained him the whole situation. Now overheating is off and only 24v led is on with the psu green led…still wondering how to fix this, something is definetely faulty but i don’t know if it’s psu or mobo. Since i’ts brand new i won’t open psu and wait for reseller reply…which is not coming and is making me angry. I also emailed CTC directly we’ll see what happens.

The seller asked me this morning if i wanted a new mainboard for replacement…i told him that i am actually no ctc tecnician and unable to identify the problem. If he thinks board is the problem then yes! Suggestions?
