I have rebuild my Kossel mini so it prints with clay. All i need the printer to do is to move as it was just building a single wall object such as a cylinder without bottom. This works, except that the print-head moves twice around on the first layer (should just be one), the following layers one time (as wanted) and every time it moves up a layer it makes a little movement towards the center (should not move towards the center).
I wonder if this has to do with the Arduino file? Do anybody know how to get rid of my issues? It would be great!
I use Cura for slizing and printing.

This sounds like the work of cura. (I don’t know what Arduino file you are referring to)
To verify this, you could try to load the generated gcode in slic3r or repetierhost, they have slightly easier to see gcode preview.
If the undesired moves are in the gcode (as I expect), you could try sharing your cura version+settings profile+stl+resulting gcode. That way someone might be able to help. Without that, we can only guess what is going on…
It sounds like using Slic3r’s vase mode would be a better bet for this type of print.

Sounds like a problem with the first layer settings on Cura. Might be worth opening the gcode file if you can to see what’s going on.
I do not know about Cura but simplify3D has something called a “Vase” mode. That will do a single continuous layer all around the perimeter of the object.
Make a search for “Cura vase printing”. It should have something similar.

Cura also has spiral vase mode. Expert settings, spiralize contour. Before suggesting the person changing slicers, people, please try and make more informed advices.

It has been very helpful!
I took a look in the G-code.
In layer 0 it writes some movements referring to “Skirt”, which I looked up in Cura and found in the menu: Expert/Expert config. I put all the numbers in the section called Skirt to 0 and it solved the issues.
I didnt find the spiral vase mode in my Cura version 15.04.4 (expert settings), but it sounds interesting.

Sometimes changing slicers is the best thing you can do… I used to use Cura, never got a single good print from it. Changed to Slic3r, haven’t had ANY problems since. Cura was underdeveloped and lacking many of the most important features to 3D printing.
So instead of saying to let someone use whatever software they want, remember… this is an opensource community and we should embrace newer, better, different software. If you aren’t familiar with something, either suggest something you ARE or learn it. Which is easier?

I know it is a bit late to reply, however Cura does have a Spiral Vase mode, it is just hidden well.
Go to “Expert Config”, then, under “Black Magic”, tick “Spiralize the outer contour”
That’s basically the Spiral Vase mode ^^
