Can anybody show me how to reset the chip for davici jr 3d printer?
Bought new chip, I hand load new filament on to spool but the chip still say out of filament all it need to reset. Who can help me out?
It ain’t easy, friend. But you’ll need to follow these directions and fork over $10 to a guy who can help you out. You’ll need an Android phone with S Beam capability to read/write to the card. Or you’ll need to buy an Arduino kit.

Hi, I’m not sure about the Jr as I have not had used one but on my davinci aio 1.0 I bought anew xyzzero cart about a year ago so that I could a) reset the chips and b) change the Temps. Last month I flashed repetier 0.92 and wish I’d done that instead as the zerocart won’t change the Temps as xyzzero just ignore it, however it did successfully reset the chips. If your interested in would sell my zerocart for a reasonable offer as I am no longer using it. Although the repetier is free and give you much greater control over how your printer prints. Hope that helps you out 
Edit. I didn’t realise that the junior worked on a different chip system so I don’t think the zero cart will work but I hope you get sorted Chris

Make Google search for filament Da Vinci resetter and you’ll find more information how to reset it. I bought a device to reset it. Good luck!
