How big (and complex) of a thing? How many parts do you want? Do you care more about quality, speed or cost?

They are relatively small parts, 3" x 1" envelope. Like everyone, we are concerned about all 3 factors. The parts are small flexible seals so the flex of the parts is probably most critical. What do you think your timeline would be?
