Brief Introductory video to “Eiger”.
Eiger is the slicer software which allows the user to 3d print parts stronger and lighter than metal by combining nylon with composites such as carbon fiber, kevlar, and fiberglass.
The Video covers general part settings, fine tuning of each individual layer, several unique features, applications, examples and limitations.
The next video will show the 3d printer in action demonstrating the features covered on the video.

Supercool. How’s your experience been with the Markforged so far? I just watched the CES demo and it looks very well engineered.
So far, the Experience has been great. The machine itself is definitely on the professional category. It prints nylon very fast and fiber very slow. Speeds are not shown but my guess is 40 to 50mm/s and 25mm/s for fiber. Software could be a little faster. Overall, definitely worth the money since the parts are exceptional (resolution and strength). Keep an eye on the next video, it’ll be pretty interesting. Cheers!
