Can someone print this object to me and ship it to me and I'll pay you?

I’m sorry I’m totally new and 100% ignorant to this. I have no idea how 3D printing works but I need the object in this URL. There are “.STL” files. From what I understand, you can print with the STL files. I need the green ball but most importantly, the structure inside of it. That is actually the key part, the green ball is just a nice extra.

Where in the world are you located? If you haven’t found a way to produce it already I could do so for you and have it done in a few hours but I might very well be on the wrong side of the planet for you to get it in a reasonable time for a reasonable shipping cost.
