Just a quick question…
Is there a was I can offer a discount voucher to returning clients? perhaps they want the same file printed at different times, so it doesn’t need a setup cost.
Or perhaps I want to discount certain known clients…

i am not quite sure but i guess that is possible. When you accept the order you can add additional prices for shipment or other stuff, giving discount should be in the list of possible price edits. However i don’t know how cheap you can go as 3dHubs does take taxes and these might stay unchanged, no matter how cheap you are going.
You could contact a 3dHubs support if you scroll to the very bottom of the screen there is a “Contact” section in the black bar, they’ll be able to give you the correct answer.

hi, you can modify the volume of the print before they pay, to either reduce or increase the price, i have done this for a client who i quoted face to face, and adjusted the volume of the print to match when he raised the order.
